Avaya ENGAGE Conference Orlando 2023

Our Fijowave team had the pleasure of attending a major industry event in Orlando in June 2023 for the launch of Avaya Customer Experience Services (ACES) an exciting gathering of customers, business partners, and technology leaders.
The event showcased how AI, cloud, and digital technologies are being integrated to transform customer experiences and drive operational efficiency. There was a strong emphasis on outcome-driven services and tackling the real-world challenges companies face when adopting these technologies.
For Fijowave, this was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our presence in the tech space, especially as we continue expanding into new markets. It was also a valuable chance to connect face-to-face with customers and partners in the U.S., share ideas, explore synergies, and gain insights into where the industry is heading.
